    I love fresh brewed coffee but could never be bothered to brew a large pot. I finally broke down and bought a single brew Keurig. A reusable cup for the machine would alleviate the environmental guilt of using the plastic packs

    I am totally FOR a reusable cup, sure the single plastic cups are easier to just use and toss, but that builds up a lot of plastic in the garbage. I think if companies started making their single cups with a plastic that is “better for the environment” then I could see using disposable cups.

    i think it is more ethical to use a reusable K cup filter than to keep using the one time plastic k cups which are thrown away! it is better and cleaner for our planet to keep the plastic out of its geography, so that we can enjoy its beauty & leave a more beautiful earth for our children for decades to come!

    I love the Keurig My K-cups. We have a few and rotate them. It’s especially handy when you want to take your own fair-trade coffee to use at work. Not only is it environmentally friendly, it’s way more cost effective.
