Bus Stop Hop – Spinal Cord Injury BC – Spinal Cord Injury BC (formerly BC Paraplegic Association), helps people with spinal cord injury (SCI) or related physical disabilities and their families adjust, adapt and thrive, whether they are dealing with a new injury or struggling with the ongoing challenges of living and aging with a physical disability. Through our services, we provide answers, information and unique community experiences.
SCI BC would like to request support for our upcoming event ‘Bus Stop Hop’, on July 19th. Inspired by the Amazing Race, the Bus Stop Hop (BSH) is a one-day event that has participants racing across the city, using accessible transportation, completing fun activities and collecting points, and Ethical Bean Coffee will be served to fuel the participants during the event. The BSH is meant to encourage people with SCI or related physical disabilities to become more comfortable and familiar with all the accessible transportation options available in Metro Vancouver.
