Introducing the first fairtrade organic doughnut available exclusively at locations serving Ethical Bean Coffee. One part diligence plus one part magic equals delicious.

Diligence: We’ve taken great care in selecting the ingredients for each delicious doughnut, purchasing everything we could from local Certified Organic producers — eggs, dairy, flour, salt and baking powder, for starters. From there, we searched for Canadian suppliers further afield, and then sourced our sugar from the U.S.. Finally, for ingredients only available internationally, we’ve sourced exclusively Fairtrade Certified Organic.

Magic: The best ingredients, however, can only turn into the best donuts with great recipes and skill. And we’ve got those. Look for amazing flavours like lavender, ginger, pumpkin and eggnog from Head Baker Katie McGuire. Pure inspiration.
