SHIPPING POLICY

Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited offers different shipping options for delivery within Canada and the US. At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Canada and the US only.

ALL PRICES on this Site are in Canadian dollars CDN.

Pick up

You can pick up your Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited order at 1315 Kootenay Street, Vancouver, BC, Canada, by appointment only.

Home Delivery

Home delivery is available to most locations in Canada and the US.

* 3-8 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing)

NOTE:
1. To send to multiple locations, each order must be placed separately. We are unable to ship to multiple locations in a single checkout.
2. Remote Shipping Charges – Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges when you order.
3. Backordered items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost, via Canada Post.

For Canadian residents, Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited will add your provinces applicable Canadian sales taxes. By placing your order, you authorize Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited add these taxes.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns except in the case of damaged product or quality issues. If you receive damaged goods please notify us immediately with the details, quoting your invoice number. We will replace your coffee purchase (with your receipt) within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do not have a receipt, please contact us at:

2. For refunds and exchanges, we may ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number for audit and fraud prevention purposes. Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information. This information is collected, used and retained to help us ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid (in each case and over time) and in accordance with our Ethical Bean Coffee Company Limited Policy.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

For refunds or price adjustments we only credit the original credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
